With that idea in mind, Grupo Maravilla 1882 turns to us to help its restaurants “be born” on the internet.
#CONTEXT
Grupo Maravilla 1882 owns Hotel El Pilar Andalucía, a hotel located in the historic center of Estepona.
The group has five restaurants with different concepts in its facilities, which compete with the great gastronomic offer offered by the area where the hotel is located.
#CHALLENGE
Create the necessary communication channels to publicize the group’s five restaurants, with a focus on attracting new customers, outside the hotel, improving the volume of reservations and the average ticket.
#RESULTS
We develop the entire online ecosystem of the restaurants, including a group website (with a landing page for each restaurant) and its social networks, giving each restaurant a unique personality and focusing on promoting the Bookings.
Customers begin to make online reservations and receive answers to their questions about the restaurant and their reservations through their social networks and the Google listing.
In this way, restaurants increase their online reputation and the volume of their reservations.
