Centro Comercial Miramar, one of the largest shopping centres on the Costa del Sol, faced the challenge of improving its presence and communication in a highly competitive market.
Despite having a solid foundation, many aspects of its marketing and communication were still undeveloped, especially social media and other digital platforms.
Our challenge was to take on the integral and strategic management of marketing, not only to improve Miramar’s digital presence, but to improve the overall experience of its visitors.
This involved everything from content management on social media to offline marketing actions, focusing on creating a synergy between the digital world and the on-site experience.
Focusing on enriching the customer experience, we improved the digital marketing strategy and developed successful campaigns such as “Summer Love Fest”, its own summer festival.
We increased public attendance by 7.1%, increased customer dwell time by 5%, more interaction on social media and improved corporate communication.
As a result, Miramar has strengthened its position as a leading shopping and entertainment destination, with a strong online presence and a growing community.
